Just released a new 1.1 version for Windows, Windows Arm64, and macOS.

The new update fixes and changes the following things: 

• Fixed a major bug involving 3 different types of blocks in the stage editor.
• Fixed game crashing when custom level without any basic terrain is played.
• Replaced the text-input load screen in the stage editor with a graphical interface.
• Title screen fixes and enhancements
• Updated some language in menus

I've also added more detailed recommendations for how to install Zem on macOS.
